Modern Private Studio Near Lake Placid Village

Our studio is a private, 750 sq ft open floor space located on a wooded lot just 1.5 miles outside of the village. Sandy and I pride ourselves on providing a clean, well stocked space that is quiet and private. There is a full size kitchen with microwave/convection oven, full size fridge, cleaning supplies, electric fireplace, toaster and Keurig coffee maker with k-cups for each person and much more. High Peaks Artist's Loft

The High Peaks Artist’s loft is a converted mechanics shop located conveniently right in Keene. The space has been decorated by two artists and includes original paintings and decorations. This is a generous studio space with a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom with a shower, pool table, lounge area and large projection screen. When you are ready to turn in for the night, we hope you will enjoy the newly created sleeping loft. If the weather is nice there is also a fire pit for you to use!

Private structure, separate from the main house, about 800’ from little travelled paved road. Beautiful rural location on a 13 acre lot looking out on the NY Adirondack mountains with some lake views and often spectacular sunsets. About 5 minutes to NY Crown point state park and the Champlain Bridge Restaurant, 20 minutes to Middlebury college or Vergennes. 55 minutes to the Burlington Airport. Plenty of restaurants in a 20 minute radius. Closest ski area is Middlebury snow bowl ( +- 40 min)

Dog friendly private suite

This is an older style motel with a covered porch along the front. We converted 2 rooms into a small suite by adding a French door to connect them. We also added a back door that opens up directly into a fenced in yard that is private and surrounded by woods. The motel is set back off the road right next to a trail head. There is a total of 4 single rooms and the dog friendly suite on the end. Ideal location if traveling with a group or need a place to meet up with the whole family.

Pine Loft at Jay Chalet is attached to a main house but has private front, side and private back porch entrances. There is one carport. There is a gas grill. This loft sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen bed in the upper loft and a queen sleeper sofa in the main room. Enjoy!!
