The Peasant's Quarters has an eat-in kitchen with a full-size stove/fridge. In the bedroom is a queen-size bed. We also have a queen-size pull-out couch. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a private entrance with on-site parking. We are not far away from all the fun in Lake Placid/ Lake George or a day trip into Vt. Walk the bridge. Gristmill Springs Nestled in the high peaks region of the Adirondacks, our cottage boasts views of the Cascade Range and Hurricane Mountain. We are minutes from downtown Keene and local hiking trails. We offer a fully-outfitted kitchen and a living room with working fireplace. We have a stereo system with turntable and a collection of LP’s from the 70’s and 80’s. In the warm weather, enjoy the outdoor shower! Our cottage is newly upgraded and ready to host you and your friends and family.

Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.
