The Mountain House

Perched atop Mount Pisgah, this 4-bedroom family home offers a grand foyer leading to rooms on the 2nd floor with king bed and bath, guest room with 2 twin beds, guest room with queen bed, and nursery with twin bed and pack/play crib. The main floor has an eat-in kitchen and dining room with solarium. The spacious family room has a piano. Surrounded by woods, the mountain house is private and quiet. Our family has cherished this home for almost 40 years, and we are pleased to share it with you.

The 1770 House

Spring is the most dramatic time here. At the end of a dirt road with no cars or people you are one with nature. Ask to see if the pool and outdoor spa are open. In March and April our rates are discounted 20%. Enjoy our country retreat with breathtaking mountain and valley views. This expanded 1770 farmhouse gives you 4,500 sq. ft. of space for large family and friend get togethers. The house overlooks the Green River Valley with views of Vermont. There are six bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Farmhouse on working dairy farm

Spacious and charming Dutch Colonial farmhouse on a family- owned, active dairy farm. Located in Sunderland's historic district, it has access to great dining, hiking trails on Mt. Toby, the Connecticut River, and is a short distance from Amherst and the Five College Area. This beautiful home features a recently remodeled kitchen, four large bedrooms, dining and living rooms, office, and a lovely screened-in porch with gorgeous views of Mt. Sugarloaf, farm fields and the Connecticut Riverbank.

Modern farmhouse close to Montague Retreat Center

This is a fully restored 1880 farmhouse five min. from Montague Retreat Center, 20 min. from Amherst and 25 min. to Northampton. Our house has modern amenities: radiant concrete floors, high end appliances/countertops, a steam shower and 7 ft, radiant heated copper bath tub. Lots of light, open spaces, cathedral ceilings and an outdoor playset for kids. The house is set on 3/4 of an acre with lots of beautiful gardens and is located near Montague Center, where there are restaurants and shops.

Quiet Country Home in Wendell

The Wendell Retreat is a cozy 1 bedroom home located in a private setting bordering the 7,000+ acre Wendell State Forest. A spacious yard is shared with a separate dwelling with a generous amount of space in between. Visiting dogs are welcome to run/play in the yard under supervision of course. There is a private deck & firepit nestled within a nearby rock outcropping. Wendell is a special place with a small Country Store . The area offers swimming, hiking, biking & fishing!

The Suprenant House

Cozy home in the 5 college area, close to downtown Amherst minutes from UMASS and Amherst College in a rural part of Town with endless scenic views. Free fast Wifi and parking. During your stay you can enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, laundry essentials, books, board games and other activities.
