My apartment is located in a very trendy area, right next to the world famous Paris Flea market with its one-of-a-kind antiques and bric-à-brac and the surounding restaurants and hipster shops. It's a design and modern 65 m2 / 2 bedrooms duplex flat offering high-end services and furnitures, with a very confy and art deco style living room with many ambiance light, a modern and fully equiped kitchen and a spacious and confortable bedroom with a walking closet. Parking lot also available.

5 minutes du Casino d’Enghien / Stade de France

Le logement est situé à 5 minutes en voiture de l’hippodrome et du lac d'Enghien et à 15 minutes du stade de France. Vous apprécierez l'emplacement ou se joignent toutes les commodités du centre-ville. Le Centre commercial est situé à 1 minute à pied. Le marché couvert se trouve également à 5 minutes et ouvre les jours suivants(mardi, vendredi et dimanche). Petit rappel le logement est non-fumeur les fêtes et les animaux ne sont pas admis.
