Located in a pretty residential area, your two stylish rooms have individual entrances and are connected through a beautiful bathroom. On your private shaded terrace, an outdoor table and furniture w/sink allows you to prepare breakfast or cold bites. Activities? Relájate con toda la familia en un entorno incomparable como es el parque natural del monte Montgó en Denia, con fantásticas vistas entre el mar y la montaña. La casa es un oasis de paz. Denia tiene kilómetros de playas de arena y roca, donde practicar todo tipo de deportes naúticos y desde la casa se pueden hacer excursiones a la montaña. En la casa también hay folletos con todas las actividades deportivas y culturales. Dénia está declarada ciudad creativa de la gastronomía por la Unesco.

Het appartement is een tweekamerappartement met zeer comfortabele slaapbank in de woonkamer en daarmee geschikt voor 4 personen. Het heeft een eigen opgang los van de villa.
