Ermioni Seaside House

The house originates from the 20’s and has been recently renovated with respect to tradition. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood in front of the sea, near the piney peninsula of Ermioni and within a walking distance from the village center (taverns, shops, super-markets, nightlife, banks, bakeries). There are several small coves to swim nearby, as every location is within a five minute walking distance from the house. It is the perfect place for peaceful and relaxing vacations.

Right on the sea-front, the Rock Villa offers both views and everything you need for a perfect stay. There's natural rock inside the villa as well as in the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and cutlery. The house boasts 3 double bedrooms, each with a built-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Enjoy sea views from the veranda, balcony, and garden access. Linen, towels, and beach towels are included for your convenience.

The house is a 2 minute walk from the ermioni harbour. A small pool-jacquzzi is available on the private terrace for relaxing, not suitable for small children.
