Pool House! 15 Minutes to Cedar Point

Open May 15! The only thing better than having access to the beach on Lake Erie and Cedar Point is having your own private fenced in-ground pool in your backyard This property has all of the amenities you’d like including the top end cooking appliances, open concept living area, and king-sized bed. In a quiet and safe neighborhood that is walking distance to many stores, restaurants, bars, and activities in the center of town. Updated 3rd floor condo in the Waterfront Condos. You have access to a private beach, pool, hot tub (ages 10 and up may use), and playground. The condo is 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and a sunroom with a beautiful view. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and another sleeper sofa in the sunroom. Linens, towels, pillows, and blankets are provided. *Condo is on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator, only stairs. Beach/pool/hot tub are seasonal.
