Immersa in un bel giardino, con un'ampia piscina e solarium, Villa Lucia è adatta per adulti e giovani e si presta anche ad una vacanza invernale, essendo munita di impianto di riscaldamento. La casa consta di una sala giorno con camino e una cucina abitale, ben fornita; al piano terra ci sono due camere da letto e un bagno con doccia, al piano superiore vi è un'altra stanza da letto con bagno in camera. Inoltre ci sono tre ampi patii in due esposizioni diverse ben arredati.

Il tutto completato da un campo da tennis con vista sul monte Erice, una palestra, un biliardo e tanto altro per rendere il vostro soggiorno una meraviglia.
