Villa Nia Family House

Villa Nia is a minute walking distance to the widest part of the beach of paralia Tolofona. Separate apartment of about 70sq.m,suitable for hosting families and hosts who need relax, with separate garden entrance and itself garden corridor to it. Private parking in front of the property , Wifi , a/c and bicycles (upon request) are provided to our guests. The property is in the ground floor of our family two flour villa with mountain view. We accept pets and we can keep them also (upon request).

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. This cozy studio is ideal for couples, if you are travelling alone, or in a small group. It includes a double bed and a sofa-bed. You can relax inside or on the balcony. The apartment features a smart TV with a rotating base and a fully-equipped kitchen. You can find free parking on the street, or on several public parking spaces around. Chill-out with a book and enjoy the hand-made decorations which make this place unique.

It is the second autonomous apartment in the same space, behind "kalafatis beach home 1". Another 30sqm apartment. with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, a kitchen and a WC. Ένα αυτόνομο διαμέρισμα 30τμ. με 1διπλο κρεβάτι,1καναπε-κρεβατι, μια μικρή κουζίνα και WC. Το διαμέρισμα περικλείεται από θάλασσα και κήπο.

Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο του οικισμού Ερατεινή (εστιατόρια, καφετέριες, χώρος άθλησης, παιδική χαρά, super market, φούρνος). Ιδανικό μέρος για μπάνιο, περπάτημα, ποδηλασία, αλλά και για κοντινές εκδρομές στο γραφικό Γαλαξίδι (21χλμ.), τους Δελφούς (52χλμ.), τη Ναύπακτο (45χλμ.), τα Τριζόνια (25χλμ.).

Βρισκόμαστε σε ένα ήσυχο παραθαλάσσιο μέρος στην παραλία Τολοφώνας. Είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες, ζευγάρια και φίλους. Το σπίτι μας διαθέτει κλιματισμό, σίτες και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 4 άτομα.Είναι ένα μέρος που μπορείτε να ξεφύγετε από την καθημερινότητα και να απολαύσετε τις διακοπές σας, κάνοντας κολύμπι, ψάρεμα ή και περίπατο. Ακόμα μπορείτε να επισκεφτείτε κοντινούς προορισμούς όπως το Γαλαξίδι (23 χλμ), τους Δελφούς (54 χλμ) και τη Ναύπακτο (43 χλμ)

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία, μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο την αγορά και την πλατεία Μανουσάκια, και 5 λεπτά απο το λιμάνι και τις παραλίες. Εάν διαθέτετε αυτοκίνητο υπάρχει αρκετός χώρος για να παρκάρετε, ακριβώς έξω απο το σπίτι.

In Olivia you will avoid the city noise and lights, but you will have everything you need at hand (supermarket, coffee shop, bakery, restaurant are approximately 1km away).
