A comfortable studio apartment set apart from the main house with off road parking right outside. Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. The Lodge at BriggensHomeFarm is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom self contained cosy modern annexe located in a beautiful rural Hertfordshire setting only 1 mile walking distance to Roydon village and train station with fast links to London Underground (15mins) and Stansted Airport (30mins). There are numerous country walks just a few steps from the lodge, one of which leads to the River Stort (15min walk) from where you can carry on exploring miles of river walkways.

Newhall Haven

A bright airy modern comfortable apartment. Well equipped with coffee machine, oven and fridge freezer very recently refurbished to a very high standard. Set in the complex of Newhall Which has a thriving community. There is a fabulous coffee shop 100 yards across the road serving delicious food and excellent coffee. It is open on Thursday Friday and Saturday evenings for dinner also. There is also a local grocery store and hairdressers nearby.
