Our Bungalow is on the east side of Barra 3 miles from Castlebay. It sits at the top of a Brae so commands beautiful views of the Sea of the Hebrides with Skye Eigg and Muck Complete Privacy no one behind or main road at your door . It’s fenced off so peace of mind for dogs or children .Its very private . We have everything in it to make it a fantastic home for holidays with Internet included . What more could you want 😊 Saturday to Saturday is preferred but we can sometimes be more flexible .

Croftend Glamping - Birdsong

Welcome to our wee pod, Birdsong. Built by local tradesman, John Angus Murdoch, our pod is spacious, well presented and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Situated in the quiet village of Lochboisdale, just a stones throw from the ferry terminal. Birdsong is a fantastic base for exploring our stunning landscapes and wildlife. Enjoy the splendid sunsets from the decking and wake up to the sound of beautiful birdsong. This is one of two glamping pods at Croftend Glamping.

Taigh Flòraidh “Flora’s house”

This unique place has a style all its own. Newly renovated to a very high standard, this chalet offers high end accommodation in one of the most picturesque villages, North Glendale on South Uist. It is fifty metres away from the sea to the front of the chalet, 50 metres away from a fresh water fishing loch where you can catch brown trout for your dinner. The wild life is abundant, golden eagles, sea eagles, hen harriers and many more wild birds can be see from your doorstep.

Caravan On The Croft

2 bedroom caravan with gas central heating. Master bedroom has a Double size bed an en suite and plenty storage. Second bedroom consists of 2 single beds and storage. Main bathroom has a fully closed walk in shower. The Kitchen/living area is open plan with a large fridge freezer, gas cooker, microwave, kettle & toaster. The living area has a 32" smart tv with freeview, electric fire and 2 recliner sofas. The living room opens out on to a patio area via double patio doors.
