No resort fees. Tower 1 36th floor penthouse 2 bedroom 3 bath corner property with expansive strip, mountain, and city views. All carpet has been replaced with plank flooring. This combo unit is made up of a studio and 1 bedroom unit connected with a private entrance to the combined unit and to each. It has 3 separate sleeping areas all with their own full bathrooms. Access to MGM pools, restaurants, and casino is included and a short hallway walk away.
