While the location of the property offers a quiet and secluded setting, it is only a 3 minutes’ walk to the popular seafront where café’s, restaurants, bakery and shops can be found. Access to the pool, as well as to the olive and vegetable gardens. A number of outdoors activities such as mountain e-biking, boating, hiking, rock climbing and more can be arranged.

Welcome to our beautiful traditional house in the coastal village of Platana, on the island of Evia. The house features three bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a sofa-bed, kitchen and bathrooms. The terrace overlooks the Aegean sea. The house is situated inside the village, close to restaurants and super markets, as well as the beach. The surrounding area offers ample opportunities for hiking, swimming, climbing, or just relaxing. The price inludes tax (2€ Nov-Mar, 8€ Apr-Oct)

The village has laid back vibes for plenty of peaceful moments.

Βρίσκεται δίπλα στην καφετέρια Ντίμερ, και κοντά σε όλα τα μαγαζιά και ΑΤΜ που καλύπτουν τις ανάγκες των επισκεπτών. Απέχει 15 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο από τα αναρριχητικά πεδία Μανικίων, και την Παραλία Κύμης. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σε οικιακό εξοπλισμό και συσκευές, WIFI, πλυντήριο ρούχων και air condition. Φιλοξενεί μέχρι 4 άτομα, έχοντας 2 κύρια υπνοδωμάτια με 1 διπλό κρεβάτι το καθένα.

Έχει βεράντα με θέα στο Πέλαγος και μια μεγάλη αυλή με θέα στο βουνό. Βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση από εστιατόρια, σούπερ μάρκετ και παραλίες.
