Spectacular farmhouse with a pond on 4 acres. Very private, peaceful, and comfortable. Located 8 mi from Hillsborough, (15-19 mi) to Duke University, Duke Hospital, University of NC, Chapel Hill, and Durham. Enjoy sitting on the dock and take in the nightly symphony of nature, cook outside on the flat grill, or just relax on the couch & watch the 75” flat screen. Accommodations for up to 6 people. Secluded 2 bedroom MIL apartment w/own yard.

On the end of a road on the end of a road, this MIL suite is connected to my house and is situated on a park like 3 acres. Has a front and back entrance, fenced backyard, picnic table, full kitchen and den area. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom a single bed. One full bath with nice new 6 foot tub/shower. This place is simple, clean, and ready to go. The space has its own central heat and AC and hot water heater. I rest easy knowing this booking is less expensive than a local motel.

Historic cabin close to Duke U - with EV Charger

This story could have started in the 40's, but we'll start in the 60's when this tiny cabin was local housing to graduate students at Duke. Wonderfully located and unlike anything else this close to Duke University or downtown Durham, the Green Door cabin welcomes you for the weekend or week. Fully renovated recently while keeping the charm intact. You can feel as isolated as you want with every amenity within just a couple of miles. Duke Forest Trails and Duke CC Trail within walking distance.

About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.
