Located 8 mi from Hillsborough, (15-19 mi) to Duke University, Duke Hospital, University of NC, Chapel Hill, and Durham. Enjoy sitting on the dock and take in the nightly symphony of nature, cook outside on the flat grill, or just relax on the couch & watch the 75” flat screen. Accommodations for up to 6 people. Second floor of recently-built garage apartment in a charming, peaceful Durham neighborhood. Twenty minutes to RDU Airport, five minutes to Duke's East Campus and ten minutes to West Campus, we are an easy walk to a range of locally-owned restaurants. Lovely, light-filled apartment has a bedroom, full kitchen and living area, bathroom, private entrance, and patio with seating. Occasionally, we may have first-floor space available at extra cost.
