The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of Caltagirone and only a couple of minutes walk from Staircase of Santa Maria del Monte and other famous landmarks. La casa è ubicata in una piccola "vanedda", come chiamiamo qui le stradine che si aprono tutte intorno alla Shari'a (la strada principale). NICA, nel nostro dialetto significa "piccola" e allo stesso tempo "carina, simpatica" si trova a pochi metri dalla piazza principale, conserva l'anima di come vivevano un tempo, con le donne sedute nei cortili a ricamare e preparare i pomodori da essiccare al sole. Potrete raggiungere a piedi tutte le attrazioni, ristoranti e servizi principali.

At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom.
