It is a modern house and has a large lounge with log fire,full kitchen,shower room & toilet and sauna(additional charge) and upstairs a 2nd shower room & toilet.The terrace has a good view of the garden and has a bbq ready for use...It is possible to add 1 extra single bed (additional charge)and a baby bed (free). Only 10 minutes from Riga (Krogsils, Ķekava) and you are already in a peaceful rest house with sauna and hot tub. There is a pond nearby, the depth of which is 3 m, you can swim in both summer and winter. Closed territory of 1ha, also suitable for domestic animals.
