A nice and cozy apartment in the very heart of Riga Old Town. It's on the second floor of a historical building that was built in 1861 and shares a wall with R. Wagner concert hall, but reconstraction of that hall is started and sometimes, during the working day hours, there are construction working noises. So, next Year this apartment is only suitable for those who are not long sleepers in the mornings. The noises can be heard during the working days from 08.00 till 17.00.
