It is located one minute from Pymmes Park and 9 mins from Silver Street overground and from there a 6 min train to the Victoria line. You can relax in the private south-facing garden with 2 swings and sitting areas. You will be well-connected to the city, whilst also enjoying peace and quiet. The houseboat is a unique place to stay in London, within easy reach of all of London’s landmarks, including Tower Bridge and Tower of London (5 mins by train). The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. Positioned in the beautiful countryside near Ware town, Cold Christmas has an abundance of lovely walks and is conveniently situated close to Hanbury Manor and Fanhams Hall, both of which offer a variety of amenities including a golf course, health spa and fine dining. Maltons, one of the area's finest restaurants is just at the end of the lane.

Private tiny house 20 mins to London by station

The tiny house is self contained and private with unique design for a quiet and comfortable stay. You’ll have your own bedroom/living space, shower/WC and a small kitchenette equipped for everything you would need. It’s perfect for short or longer stays or whilst working away from home. You can bring your pet dog for £20 fee. so please add this to your booking. Tiny house is independent from main house and private. Access to London is 15 minutes by train and city centre 2 minute walk

Detached Annex Sleeps 4. Kitchen + Private Parking

Our annex has a double bedroom (downstairs), with en-suite shower room, kitchen and parking for 1 car. Upstairs is the lounge/kitchen area, which has an L-shape sofa that is also a (small) double bed. The bedding for the sofa bed is in small cupboard behind the lounge door. We’re in a great location for lovely walks as we are close to Cuffley and Broxbourne woods and the River Lea. Additionally, we are close to London (20 mins from Cheshunt or 40 mins from Cuffley to Kings X).

Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed, towels, guest robes, slippers, also we can provide a travel cot & hi chair if requested. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal waste bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras.
