Historic Downtown Casita

Simple, backyard studio in a historic neighborhood. 10 min walk downtown, 5 min drive to airport, immediate access to freeways; central to all spring training fields, golf courses, and hiking trails. Ideal spot for *self-sufficient travelers* who will be out and about, and need a *quiet, functional* place to crash in the evenings. High-end, queen-sized bed. No washer/dryer, but plenty of laundromats nearby. Bath tub drains slowly, and pools a bit. Studio is *not* suitable for *any* animals.

Sarah and Ryan live locally and are available to meet any needs that arise. This is a 100 year old quaint historic home located in downtown Phoenix area. Encanto Park established in 1935 is right across the street, enjoy the duck ponds, paddle boating, 18 hole Encanto golf course within walking distance, Pool directly across the street during summer only. friendly park and neighborhood!
