HUT 008118. Unit located in the heart of the old village, with its pretty stone houses and their flower gardens. Very well connected and close to all services, the Grandvalira Ski Slopes, swimming pool and lake Engolaster. The bedrooms overlook a quiet and narrow cul-de-sac. The Living Room has open views and overlooks a small park with the mountains in the background, it is bathed in light all afternoon. New and comfortable mattresses in all rooms. ATENCIÓ: des de l'1 de juliol de 2022 el M.I Govern d'Andorra aplica una impost sobre les estades en allotjaments turístics. Aquest impost es pagarà el dia de l'entrada a la casa i s'aplica als majors de 16 anys i es paga per persona i dia (2,09 Euros) fins a un màxim de 07 nits.
