Anna place has a stunning view. There is lots of stairs but worth the exercise. Her apartment is prefectly sized, and has everything you need. Shes a great host who answers all of our questions and helpful if needed. This is our second time staying at her apartment. If we go back, we will certainly stay there again .

Wir hatten wundere 12 Tage in Monsummano. Das Haus liegt optimal um die Toscana zu erkunden. Die Lage ist eifach top! Zu Fuss erreicht man gute Restaurants, Eisdielen und Cafés. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen und Kommunikation mit Daniele war spitzenmässig!! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! 👌😀👍

Ho prenotato questa casa con 2 amici in occasione di Halloween e del comics. Anche se magari lo chalet è più indicato per coppie romantiche ci siamo trovati benissimo, casa bella ed in ordine , posto spettacolare gentile e simpatica. Consigliatissimo, poi c'è il barbecue, cosa non da poco :)

Unser Aufenthalt bei Giacomo war sehr schön. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen und hatten gut Platz im und um das Haus. Die Küche hatte alles relevante dabei, die Betten sind bequem und der Garten mega gross und schön. Giacomo und seine Eltern sind sehr nette Leute, wir haben sogar einen Kuchen erhalten, welcher sehr sehr lecker war. Giacomo hat uns auch Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und ging auf unsere Bedürfnisse ein. Wir danken Giacomo und seinen Eltern für den schönen Aufenthalt!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The location is very central, about a 15-minute walk to the train station and just 10–15 minutes to major attractions like the Uffizi Gallery. The apartment was clean and had all the basic essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The little garden was a sweet bonus, perfect for a quiet moment after a day of exploring. The hosts were also very kind and flexible, allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended for a convenient and cozy stay in Florence.

El alojamiento es maravilloso, con todas las comodidades, muy bien decorado, muy acogedor y tiene un jardín precioso. es tranquilo y está muy bien ubicado tanto si quieres acercarte el centro en coche, en tranvía o andando. nos recibieron muy bien y nos dieron un montón de indicaciones. lo recomiendo mucho y sin duda repetiría. muchísimas gracias x todo. todo perfecto

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Das Haus liegt schön und abgelegen am Berg. Es ist sehr ruhig, da es kaum Verkehr auf der Straße gibt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind einige Kilometer entfernt ausreichend vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pizzaofen im Garten war eines unserer Highlights. Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft und die Gastfreundschaft!

Le logement de Stefania est idéal pour passer quelques jours sur Florence. Il y a tout le nécessaire et le centre reste accessible à pied ou en bus. Le frigo est un peu bruyant la nuit et cela a pu nous gêner de temps en temps.

Leonard and his wife were very kind and welcoming, beginning to end. They were very responsive to our contacts with them and proactive in ensuring we were comfortable and had all we needed. They kindly invited us to join them and the wider family at a homemade pizza party in the garden one evening and later even brought us unexpected sweet treats. The property and it's garden estate were beautiful. We had gorgeous views from 3 sides of our apartment , mountains one way, across the valley another, and over the large garden on the 3rd side. All of the outlooks beautiful. It would be perfectly possible to use taxis and trains to get around the general area though having our own car there was very convenient for shopping and travelling as some attractions and facilities are several miles away. I feel our trip would have been less rich without a car. I'd describe the apartment as comfortable if rustic, but we had all we needed whether cooker, fridge, micro, washing machine etc.

Sono stato ospite da Elena con mia moglie, incinta al nono mese e mio figlio di 2 anni. L’appartamento si trova al primo piano di una bellissima villa ristrutturata e si raggiunge con una scala a chiocciola. L’ambiente è molto luminoso con dettagli altrettanto curati. Ha tutto il necessario per una permanenza davvero rilassante: aria condizionata in salotto e camera da letto, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, bidet e doccia molto comodi, balcone spazioso. La terrazza si trova sul tetto della villa e si raggiunge con accesso esterno all’appartamento tramite scala a chiocciola (la stessa che porta all’appartamento): enorme, con vista sugli alberi e sulle Alpi, arredata con lettini-ombrellone e un tavolo dove poter cenare. Abbiamo alloggiato ad Agosto in settimane molto calde quindi l’abbiamo usata dopo il tramonto. Elena è stata una host impeccabile, generosa nei consigli e instancabile nel fornirci supporto. Ci ha dimostrato una empatia fuori dal comune facendoci stare benissimo.

Séjour magique chez Paola. Difficile de décrire en quelques mots toute la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve avec nous, on s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Paola est venue nous chercher en voiture à la gare et nous a accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et de la pizza - délicieuse -, difficile d'avoir une meilleure arrivée surtout après un long voyage. Elle a été très proactive tout au long de notre séjour et nous a même emmenés une demi-journée dans le Chianti pour que l'on puisse visiter un vignoble car nous n'avions pas de voiture - nous n'en revenons toujours pas de sa générosité ! Elle est aux petits soins avec tous ses invités et sa propriété est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et l'appartement est merveilleusement bien décoré et équipé. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Paola, la meilleure hôte airbnb que nous ayons eue. Encore merci pour tout Paola, vous avez été merveilleuse, et nous rêvons déjà de revenir ! Arrivederci! :)

Mi sono trovata benissimo. La volontaria è super gentile e disponibile e inoltre l’alloggio è super pulito e con una grande attenzione ai particolari. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio soprattutto alle famiglie con bambini che saranno entusiasti di conoscere tutti gli animali della fattoria.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

Chalet bellissimo, pulito, ben arredato e provvisto di tutto. Ottimo per chi viaggia con i propri animali; il giardino è completamente recintato. La signora Anna è gentilissima. Le foto pubblicate non rendono; l’alloggio è più bello dal vivo. Sicuramente torneremo, poiché siamo stati veramente bene.

We only stayed one night so didn’t get to explore the area but it was beautiful country and had restaurants and grocery near by. Hosts were very sweet!!! Very much appreciate the coffee pods and tea.

A beautiful home with the best airbnb kitchen we've experienced. The outside space is fantastic with a wonderful garden full of stunning plants and useful herbs. We were given some fresh lemons which really took the G&Ts up a level!! Garage is perfect for a car but everywhere is walkable. FULLY recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in Rapallo.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr stilvoll und komplett eingerichtet, in der Küche alles vorhanden, großes Bad mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Grundstück liegt traumhaft, der Swimmingpool ist sehr einladend. Wir wurden äussert freundlich empfangen, die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend, es gab Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und Feigen und Kräuter aus dem Garten. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort.

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

As a family of 4, we had a perfect stay at La Lucertola. Luisa and Colin were friendly, attentive and helpful from the minute we arrived to when we left. They were available on the phone throughout, if needed. The music studio was an incredible addition - we felt very lucky to have access to it throughout our stay. The accommodation is located up a narrow track, but this meant we had access to stunning views and wildlife all around. Although the pool was cold, due to the time of year we visited, it didn’t stop us using it a couple of times. The pool is perfectly located - overlooking Pisa. There was plenty of seating around the pool and, although other families were staying in the house next door, it didn’t once feel like we couldn’t use any of the facilities. Other great facilities worth mentioning - the pizza oven is such an experience - to make pizzas overlooking the tower of Pisa, in Italy, was incredible. We also had all the cleaning items and linen we needed too. Grazie.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Carlo et Elena. Le jardin clôturé et la piscine étaient de vrais plus. Sans compter toutes les petites attentions que Carlo a pu avoir pour nous, et même un cadeau pour notre petit chiot. Le logement est paisible entouré de montagnes avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette maison et son hôte car tout était parfait!

We had a very relaxing few days staying with Lucy and her family, and their dog Amber. They were really friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any queries we had. The pool area was lovely, and extremely peaceful. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The village is small with a butchers and bakers, a couple of restaurants and a bar. We did a lovely circular walk from the property through the woods to the nearby hill top village, Castel Vecchio. There’s nothing in the village but it’s very pretty and the views are great. You need a car to get to the supermarket and Lucca is a very easy 20 minute drive away. We had a super time and thank you Lucy for your generous hospitality.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is echt groter dan op de foto’s. We hebben ons echt 8 dagen ontzettend thuis gevoeld. Communicatie met Laura de huis manager was super fijn. Leuk dat we haar nog even hebben mogen ontmoeten. Voor een uitval basis om noord Toscane waar je wil genieten van de rust is dit een super plek.
