Cliff's Cabin - authentic Montana retreat

Tucked into the woods at the end of the road just 13 minutes from the heart of town, this cabin is a treasure. Cliff built the place himself; each tree sawn on his tractor-powered sawmill. We added family antiques, new mattresses and original art (lotsa comfort and love). The covered porch is high in the trees with breathtaking views 1000 feet above the Yellowstone River. One bedroom apartment attached to what once was a historic log bar now an art gallery and frame shop. This business is quiet and is closed at 4:00 every day. The apartment is spacious, about 500 sq ft with sliding door opening to a large deck with table and chairs, propane BBQ, and views of mountains. Lounge chairs are available in the warmer months. It is an ideal location, so close to Chico Hot Springs, 4-5 restaurants and bars, fishing, hiking and the quaint western town of Livingston!

This cozy two bedroom retreat is part of a duplex located 12 miles south of Livingston in beautiful Paradise Valley. We have an outdoor fire pit to enjoy in the evenings as well as an outdoor propane grill. We have wifi available to our guests. The patio area faces the majestic Absaroka mountains. We are pet friendly and ask that you let us know if you are bringing a pet with you.
