The Milk Barn

Located in Shongaloo. Nestled in a serene setting, this amazing property offers soothing escape for guests. With 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed, the bedroom provides a comfortable space to unwind. Downtown Hide in Plain Sight Home

The house is located over 100' from the road, but is within view when you drive by. Parking is hidden from the street. A Verizon cell tower camouflaged as a pine tree is on the property. You will be 2 blocks from the Courthouse Square where you will find lots of shopping and restaurants, and is home to the Magnolia Blossom Festival in May. You will also be less than 2 miles from the Southern Arkansas University campus. I live in the neighborhood, and can usually be reached quickly if needed.

"Bucking Bull Bunkhouse" on Bucking Bull Farm

Experience this "ole" west one of a kind cabin and go back in time to the early 1900s. Take a soaking bath in the cowboy brothel type tub. Get a laugh seeing a recreated outhouse bathroom but with a modern toilet. Enjoy eating on a chuck wagon tabletop. Additionally, sit by an open firepit and make complimentary s'mores all while gazing at the galaxy of stars, watching the wildlife, and viewing our cattle during the day. Molly our gentle jersey may even let you pet her at the fenceline.

Deluxe Cabin on Pond Sleeps 4 ~Wi-fi ~Smart TV~Pet

Muscadine Manor is a cozy cabin retreat that sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed and a full sofa bed. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfy living space, washer/dryer, and all linens provided. Step outside to your private picnic table and firepit with grill, perfect for evenings under the stars. Guests also have access to the resort’s pond and pier, walking trails, playground, dog park, camp store, and game room with pool table and darts—everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Pet friendly.

The Rafters

Experience a little country in the city. Originally a family owned feed store, The Rafters has exposed hand built rough cut rafters in the ceiling, original wood floors and a tin roof. Horses, chickens and other farm animals are on the property as well. Southern Arkansas University (SAU) is five minutes away. The historic square which is home to the annual Magnolia Blossom Festival World Championship Steak Cook Off and local shops and restaurants are just a three minute walk.

Cottage on Elm

This cottage style house been fully remodeled to include all the conveniences of modern day living. The house is equipped with stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher), washer/dryer and patio grill. There are smart TVs available in both the living room and master bedroom. Guests can enjoy Netflix or sign in to any streaming account. There is also high speed WIFI and a WIFI printer located in the Office which includes desk, chair and queen size bed.

Lake Front Cabin

Our 1 Bedroom Cabin is over the water on Lake Claiborne. Very Clean swimming area with great views of the lake. Boat ramp and dock for guest use. Can sleep up to 7 with ease. Easy to access the cabin for people who have trouble with steps. There is only one step up from ground level into the cabin.

Magnolia Bungalow

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in Magnolia, AR. Our place has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a stocked kitchen area with all appliances open to the living room, and a Smart TV (no cable) with wifi. Short drive to Southern Arkansas University and the historic Magnolia Square.

The Bears Den Very remote and quite area to relax.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Close to many local hunting clubs and 15 minutes from Lewisville AR. Only 35 minutes to Magnolia AR. Owners live close by for any unexpected problems.

Howdy Hideaway

Come stay at our cozy but spacious duplex. It is a peaceful getaway with trails & lakes close by as well as, SAU College so you can see all sporting events but have the comfort of an at-home stay.

The Duke House

Bring the family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Fenced in yard and pet friendly! We live nearby and are available if needed.
