The Milk Barn

Located in Shongaloo. Nestled in a serene setting, this amazing property offers soothing escape for guests. With 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed, the bedroom provides a comfortable space to unwind. The bathroom, equipped with a hair dryer and shower, ensures a refreshing start to our day. Whether you're passing through, visiting family or simply relaxing in the tranquility of the surroundings, we think our place will help you accomplish your goal. The property is on a working farm and has WiFi.

"Bucking Bull Bunkhouse" on Bucking Bull Farm

Experience this "ole" west one of a kind cabin and go back in time to the early 1900s. Take a soaking bath in the cowboy brothel type tub. Get a laugh seeing a recreated outhouse bathroom but with a modern toilet. Enjoy eating on a chuck wagon tabletop. Additionally, sit by an open firepit and make complimentary s'mores all while gazing at the galaxy of stars, watching the wildlife, and viewing our cattle during the day. Molly our gentle jersey may even let you pet her at the fenceline.

The Lake House

Enjoy a quiet, relaxing vacation at Cypress Bay Townhomes on Cypress Lake. It's located on a quiet cove of the lake on 15 acres of lush, green grass with plenty of trees for shade. Relax in a hammock or grill out on your private patio. Have a boat or jet skis? There's a boat dock right outside the back door. A public boat launch is just right down the road for your convenience. This is a great place for a family or several couples that just want to get away from the stress of everyday life.

The Rafters

Experience a little country in the city. Originally a family owned feed store, The Rafters has exposed hand built rough cut rafters in the ceiling, original wood floors and a tin roof. Horses, chickens and other farm animals are on the property as well. Southern Arkansas University (SAU) is five minutes away. The historic square which is home to the annual Magnolia Blossom Festival World Championship Steak Cook Off and local shops and restaurants are just a three minute walk.

Cottage on Elm

This cottage style house been fully remodeled to include all the conveniences of modern day living. The house is equipped with stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher), washer/dryer and patio grill. There are smart TVs available in both the living room and master bedroom. Guests can enjoy Netflix or sign in to any streaming account. There is also high speed WIFI and a WIFI printer located in the Office which includes desk, chair and queen size bed.

Lakeside Retreat

The search for the perfect Lake house is over—you've found the one! What makes It so special? First, there are the stunning Lake Claiborne views, family-friendly layout for up to 9 guests. The property is great for fishing, and also swimming during warmer months and has a fire pit for hanging out in cooler months. It’s a short boat ride to snake island which is a great location for all boat recreation (tubing, skiing, etc.).

(Also, The Quaint, an Airbnb perfect for two is located next door on the property and can be booked separately) Enjoy a short stroll to the Magnolia Square, visit the local merchant shops, and dine at Java Primo, Corner Clubhouse, My Kitchen Table, or Lefty’s. Be sure to stop by the Magnolia Bake Shop, a local treasure, for a delectable treat.

Our 1 Bedroom Cabin is over the water on Lake Claiborne. Very Clean swimming area with great views of the lake. Boat ramp and dock for guest use. Can sleep up to 7 with ease. Easy to access the cabin for people who have trouble with steps. There is only one step up from ground level into the cabin.

Magnolia Bungalow

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in Magnolia, AR. Our place has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a stocked kitchen area with all appliances open to the living room, and a Smart TV (no cable) with wifi. Short drive to Southern Arkansas University and the historic Magnolia Square.
