The Music Room - a unique, luxurious retreat

The Carriage House, Haversham

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Stay in the Carriage House to enjoy the garden and relax in the spacious interior whether for work, a romantic break or R&R. This stone barn was renovated in 2012 by the owners, retaining the character of the original building, whilst installing underfloor heating, an air source heat pump, a fabulous kitchen, oak windows, doors and staircase and a beautiful bedroom. The location is rural and secluded in a small village close to Milton Keynes.

Spacious, characterful and cosy barn conversion next door to our cottage in a lovely rural north Bedfordshire village. A large comfortable living room with log burner and a kitchen stocked with all the food essentials for breakfast including home made bread. The bedroom is spacious and there's a luxury shower room. Private access is via a side gate and separate private entrance. Lovely village pubs and a shop are a short stroll away and lots of other great places to eat are nearby

Adorable 1 bed canal-side self-contained annexe

Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

Hay Barn by the River Ouzel

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique, barn by the River Ouzel. Here you can experience a peaceful get away whilst also being close to amenities and adventure. Right on the doorstep of Newport Pagnell and only 3 miles from Milton Keynes City Centre and all it has to offer. And just 5 minutes from the M1 (Jct 14), for those that want to explore further afield. Perfect for Silverstone, Towcester Racecourse, Stadium MK & Marshall Arena and lots more.

The Secret Corner

We have put a lot of care and attention into our unique log cabin, hot tub and private garden. Access is through our separate secure entrance to the bespoke garden. When inside feel free to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars, ideal for a couple or solo travellers. The Secret Corner is the perfect base to explore local areas including Woburn, Wrest Park and a short ride away to Flitwick Train Station with direct access to London St Pancras in less than an hour.

Phone box 16 in Olney. A cosy quirky place for two

Located in the pretty market town of Olney, home of the song “Amazing Grace”. Phonebox 16 is a unique and stylish studio. The bedroom is usually a superking size bed but it could be made up as 2 single beds. Please let us know if you would like 2 single beds. Locally there is choice of restaurants, pubs and shops along with open countryside, walks and a country park with sailing, boardwalks, cafe and bird viewing hides overlooking the lakes.

Smiths Farm Stable Cottage

2 bedroom converted stables on a farm location - sleeps up to 4 people with 1 x double bedroom, 1 x single bedroom and 1 x sofa bed that folds out into a large 1.5 times single . Great facilities & parking available. Located centrally between Northampton, Milton Keynes and Bedford, Smiths Farm is a mile from the historic and beautiful market town of Olney .Within 40mins:Silverstone, Bletchley Park, Salcey Forest, Santa Pod.

Weston Underwood - self-contained cottage annexe

This charming and characterful self-contained annexe is situated in the centre of Weston Underwood, one of the prettiest villages in North Bucks. Peaceful and quiet but within easy walking distance of a 17th Century pub serving real ales and pub food. The market town of Olney with its restaurants, bars, antique shops and supermarkets is 2 miles away. The annexe is in the garden of a Grade II Listed thatched cottage.

'The Bothy'

A tranquil space to enjoy for work or pleasure, providing comfortable accommodation and a private courtyard garden. A log burner giving warmth and a cosy feel for those colder evenings, makes 'The Bothy' an ideal place to stay all year round. Situated alongside our boutique family vineyard you are welcomed by a scenic entrance on arrival. Private tours and tastings can be arranged at certain times of the year.
