Tere tulemast meie avarasse ja hubasesse villasse Neitsijärve kaldal, vaid lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel Pühajärvest ja Otepäält. Villa pakub täielikult sisustatud kööki koos teppanyaki grilliga, suurt söögilauda ja hubast kaminaga elutuba. Majas on 4 magamistuba mugavate kahekohaliste vooditega ning lastetuba narivoodi ja mänguasjadega. Majas on kokku 4 WC-vannituba. Mõnusaks boonuseks ka saun. Nautige terrassilt kaunist järvevaadet, lähedal asuvaid matkaradu, ujumiskohti ja suusakeskuseid.

Ühetoaline metsamaja on ideaalne peatuspaik rändurile või pelgupaik neile, kes soovivad põgeneda linnakärast ja nautida looduse hääli. Maja on ehitatud massiivsetest tahutud palkidest. Beautiful log house in Otepää city centre and near Tehvandi stadium. Perfect location to go skiing, walk to supermarket or restaurants. Only 2,5 km to Pühajärve beach. On the first floor we have open living room with kitchen and soapstone fireplace. There is also 1 bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom, sauna and toilet. On second floor we have 4 bedrooms with 9 beds, bathroom with toilet and storage room. House is very suitable for athletes, locating near by Tehvandi Stadium.

This modern estate is a favorite for travelers seeking a comfortable and private destination close to all the activities in Otepää. The Villa features 4 bedrooms , 5 bathrooms, a sauna and outside wood heated tub. The living/dining room has an open kitchen. A cozy indoor fireplace, TV and wireless internet all over the villa and the garden. You can enjoy an early morning cup of coffee on your private balcony or join your friends and family on the large terrace by the pond.

Our cozy country home under old oaks offers the perfect rustic charm and modern comfort. A fully equipped kitchen, a warm fireplace and a spacious living room create a relaxing atmosphere. The bedroom is designed with wide mattresses. The sauna has a hot tub (without a bubble system) with quickly heated well water and relaxing music. In winter, enjoy a crackling fire and in summer, discover the nearby hiking trails. Ideal for a family vacation or a romantic weekend!

The house is close to the Tehvandi stadium, city center, forest, great views, restaurants and dining. Its closeness to the skiing tracks and of the disc golf park makes it a great place for people who love sports! It being next to the forest and near lakes also gives a nice relaxation oportunity . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

We are located next to the former well-known Sentanta pub, 15 minutes walk from Pühajärve beach and Puhajarve Spa & Holiday Resort 2.9 km from Otepää center and stadium. We can help you with transport, by agreement we can also provide a ride from the Palupera railway station. Private swimming spot nearby (100m) The house has a wood-burning sauna, use by arrangement (extra fee)

Markuse resthouse is peaceful place where you can really take your time off. It's a little house in the forrest with a wide terrace and a little pond. House is equipped with electrical heaters, but be ready to heat fireplace when its needed. NB! During rainy period, road to house might be muddy and soft.

Vedru Puhketalu

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Lake is just 200 meters and for additional cost you can rent sauna, boat, kayaks, fishing gear, bicycles and hot tube.
