Sherri’s home in EVL is a perfect home to have a getaway with your family. The home itself is such a beautiful, spacious new build and was immaculately clean!! My 9 year old even made a comment when we walked in that it smelled “sooo nice in here!” The walk into town, with two children under 10, and about 2 ft of snow, took 7 minutes! The bedrooms are large with plenty of clothing/luggage storage and all of the linens are clean, nice and soft. Finally, the outdoor hot tub and garage with air hockey and ring toss games made for the perfect apres ski activities with kids! We will absolutely be back!

Luxury Townhome - easy walk to village

Great space that’s close to the Main Street with lots to do! We could walk to restaurants / bars. The space was large and had a lot of space for the 8 of us. Great kitchen and living room so we could all hang out together with lots of space! Would come back!

Beautiful property with tons of trails for hiking or snowshoeing as we did. We were able to bring our dog who had the best time. She provides plenty of wood for the stove and fire pit and we enjoyed cooking on the outdoor propane stove in a snowstorm. The only issue we had was getting our car up the hill to the tent in the snow since it is an unmaintained trail. But Falen was quick to respond and rescued us with a shovel and a four wheeler and she had lots of solutions. Once we got our car up there we spent all weekend just relaxing in the tent and on her property. We even played a game of cornhole on the snow. So fun! We saw lots of deer and even heard the coyotes howling at night. Have already recommended the spot to friends and would def be back again!

PRIME LOCATION IN THE VILLAGE!

This home was beautiful and spacious! Plenty of room for all of us. The home was fully stocked in the kitchen which is so nice. The table off the kitchen was perfect for playing games. The back room was so cozy and where we spent our mornings drinking coffee and chatting before breakfast. The home was walking distance to the Main Street that was filled with plenty of choices for meals, coffee, bakeries, even wine tasting! We are a hiking group and there were great hiking trails near by. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay in Ellicottville this spring! The home was clean, comfortable, and just as described. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway close to town, hiking trails, and great local restaurants. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area in any season.

Amazing stay for a ski trip!! Clark was so responsive, and made it very easy to check in. Unbelievable to see how he built this place, truly felt like home when we got there. Will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described—comfortable and in a fantastic location within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. It was very family and dog-friendly, with a spacious fenced-in yard that made it easy to relax. We booked a last-minute trip to celebrate my grandson’s 17th birthday, and Amanda was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout. Highly recommend this spot—we’d definitely stay again!

We had a fabulous time skiing in Ellicottville! What a wonderful town, the people were so incredibly friendly. Restaurants and bars were great! This condo was perfectly located and so nice. We look forward to coming back next year!

We stayed at Stephen’s place this past weekend for the end of ski season. It was cozy, clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Stephen is quick to respond, kind and we would highly recommend staying at the slopeside serenity. I appreciated the complementary bottle of Pinot noir. We will definitely be booking again.

Lynne was a super host. Very responsive to questions and the entire process was hassle free. The location is very suitable for convenient ski in ski out and very accessible. I would go again.
