Includes dock and boat access (marina and boat ramp minutes away). Great swimming, fishing and kayaking (2 kayaks included). Relaxing screened in front porch overlooking lake with swing and rocking chairs. Additional deck, firepit and grill that's perfect for outdoor dining with beautiful sunsets.

Studio located on private wooded 20 acres with 800 sq foot of space, crafted with reclaimed materials wood and metal. Large deck overlooking 7-acre lake with burn pit. Private entrance with electric fireplace, television, music, Queen size bed, sofa, bar with stools, refrigerator, 2 burners cook surface, microwave, Keurig, toaster, dishes and cookware. Private bath with compost toilet, shower and sink. Access to paddle boat with life jackets available. Fishing rods if you want to try it!

This cozy cabin is perfect for a weekend or week long retreat! If offers over 100 ft of water frontage on the Georgia side of Lake Harding. Located just minutes from several restaurants and the Marina. Kayaks, paddle boat, paddle board, floating mat, fishing poles, and life jackets are available for use. A short drive to Callaway Gardens & Roosevelt Park. Few people even know it exists except the owners whose family has occupied this land since 1835 . An hour South of Atlanta, the cabin is not primitive, it has all the modern convenience sitting on a 20 ac tract with bigger tracts of land adjoining. I have a five person sleep accommodation but if you are a larger family I can make an allowance. It is a very safe area and we are available if you need us.
