Mimi's Farmhouse in Palmetto, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths

This quiet, updated farmhouse is located one mile from 275 and I 75 in Palmetto. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed , the second with a full size bed, and the third with two twin beds. Bathroom #1 has a shower and Bath #2 has a bathtub but does not have a shower head. A portion of the yard is fenced in for pets and provides an open space. The house utilizes a treated well and provides water cooler for drinking. There is a covered carport for vehicle and patio area with table.

We tried to create a happy and calm environment so we can run away from the daily stress of our lives and we proudly accomplished that because every time we spend days here it's like a recharge. If you're looking for a place to recharge and enjoy yourself or with your family and friends our house is the place for you. We will be very pleased and happy to host you.

This home did *NOT* flood during the hurricanes. It’s fully functional. Direct/Private saltwater access in the backyard, fishing off the dock, HEATED pool, waterfall, paddle boards, kayaks, basketball hoop, beautiful backyard garden, garage gym, sauna. Family friendly neighborhood. Always professionally cleaned. I do my best to create a clean, fun, amenity filled space for families. Boat lift available as add on rental for $75 per day (please message me to inquire)
