Check in and Chill out. Relax in this lush backyard after a busy day of vacation fun, sun, and sand at our home nestled in the "old Florida" charm with shade from Live Oak trees. Our home provides space and entertainment for families of all ages with large backyard with rec space and treehouse, family room, chef's kitchen, baby gear, and quiet screened in lanai to enjoy a cup of coffee or wine/beer. Easy access to boating, restaurants, beautiful river walks, short drive to white sand beaches.

This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 full bath home was just built in 2023. You will have the entire house to yourselves in a charming country setting that is a central location to beaches, St. Pete, Tampa, Sarasota and many area attractions. Just a short drive and you'll be at great shopping, beaches, theme parks, Tropicana Field, Raymond James Stadium, Amalie Arena or major airports like Tampa & Sarasota. Waterfront Oasis

This home did *NOT* flood during the hurricanes. It’s fully functional. Direct/Private saltwater access in the backyard, fishing off the dock, HEATED pool, waterfall, paddle boards, kayaks, basketball hoop, beautiful backyard garden, garage gym, sauna. Family friendly neighborhood. Always professionally cleaned. I do my best to create a clean, fun, amenity filled space for families. Boat lift available as add on rental for $75 per day (please message me to inquire)

Beautiful beach home located in the only neighborhood in Ellenton with a public boat ramp. Walking distance to boat dock, minutes from Premium Outlets and the Sarasota Mall, beaches and so much more. Fenced in backyard beautifully manicured.
