This home was lovely, spacious and clean! It was perfect for a weekend in Winston for a family wedding. Justin was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The beds were very comfortable which is sometimes hard to find. Definitely would stay again!

Stephanie’s home was just what we needed. We needed to disconnect, reconnect, and get fresh air. We were able to do that and more with a responsive host and privacy.

We were in town for a family wedding at the WinMock and this AirBnB was a perfect location. The house was very clean and Benjamin was a responsive host.

Lorene’s house was beautiful. The separate thermostats made the house very comfortable, and the beds were very nice to sleep on. We felt like everything was clean and was even nicely decorated. It had that southern charm and was also updated in certain areas. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay here. The house and property were absolutely amazing. A true gem. The kids loved the climbing wall and pool, and the adults loved the hot tub and kitchen space. Hosts were wonderful and responsive as well. Highly recommend for anyone interested.

This cabin is just as described in the listing. The hot tub was such an added bonus to a mountain getaway! Connie was so responsive and has thought of everything to clearly communicate and be proactive for any questions you may have. This cabin is right between Boone and West Jefferson so lots of options or just hanging out at the house! The only advice I would give next guests would be to pick up paper products to minimize doing too many dishes because there is no dishwasher. Overall fantastic little getaway and I would book again! Thanks Connie for always being available for any questions.

The place was beautiful and private with great views and not too far away. Linda & Michael were wonderful. They were very nice, helpful and ready to meet any need to make our stay relaxing and memorable. We look forward to going back in the future.

This was our second stay at Molly's house, and it was as great as the first. The snack basket had been replenished, and everything was very comfortable. Molly also has a basket with menus from local restaurants and things to do. My only regret was not having a longer visit!

We were in North Carolina for a college graduation ceremony. Morgan's house was perfect for a family gathering. There were lots of open spaces to co-mingle both inside and out, and the bedrooms were roomy and private. We had one minor issue, and communicating with Morgan was responsive and accommodating. Additionally, I appreciated Morgan's warm hospitality in checking in with us to ensure everything was going well.

We were attending a wedding in the area (at The Shiloh), and this place was perfect for my wife and I, plus our son & daughter in-law with their 2 infants and also our 2 yellow Labs. The place is well equipped and had everything we needed. It even had a crib for one of the babies and a fenced yard for the dogs. The house is on a ranch where we were all able to walk around the vast property and see horses, goats, and sheep. Great views of the mountains in the background. Sally was a great host. She is very friendly and responded almost immediately to any questions that we had. I would recommend Sally and this house to anyone looking to stay in that area for an event or just a nice peaceful get away in the country/mountains. There is also a banquet hall located on the ranch property for parties or events.

This was a very last minute trip, and we were so thankful to find this adorable place to stay. Brooke and Brian were super helpful and quick to respond! All the sweet little goats and other animals were fun to watch too!

Roomy house with all the amenities that we needed. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions. TJ’s hand made ice cream up the street was yummy and we walked the muddy creek trail in the mornings.

We had the loveliest of times at The Poet’s House. The location is amazing, private, surrounded by nature but close to all we needed. The house is so beautiful, peaceful and has incredible energy, it’s beautifully decorated making it a very pleasant environment to rest and relax. The beds were very comfortable, lots of amenities, complete kitchen, extra pillows and towels, etc. The best thing is the hosts! Always responsive and kind, flexible, very helpful and welcoming. We would love to stay here again.

We were very satisfied with the home. Angela was responsive to all questions in a timely manner. There is a large herd of deer frequenting the property and we enjoyed watching the yearlings play in the yard.

This house is a true gem. We loved how private the lot was and especially loved the fire pit on those chilly nights. Kimberly is super responsive and so accommodating! Would 100% recommend and will definitely be back!

We enjoyed the incredibly beautiful views of the mountains, vineyard and rolling hills surrounding the property. The fire pit is a great place to chill and watch the sunset. Our stay in Purlear was perfect for our first trip to the Wilkesboro area. It was quiet and peaceful. As two couples, we had plenty of room. The house would be great for a larger family get-together with plenty of outdoor space for games and relaxation.

A very nice place to stay long term. Nice view of the lake nearby and a nice community that is peaceful and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
