Simonton Lake House Near Notre Dame

Our Home is a lake house with beachy decor. Just steps out the back door to the lake. Very shallow near our property and sandy bottom. Great for kids. House has 2 stories with the upstairs having a separate entrance with its own living room and kitchen with all appliances. Downstairs has a game room with arcade (60+ games) and dart board. The screened porch features a hot tub and wicker couches overlooking the lake. Great place to stay if your visiting Notre Dame, only a 25 minute drive.

Sitting in two acres this is the perfect place to be close to town but totally secluded, you can lay back and enjoy the space by the pool, by the river behind our property or just by the fireplace. Cozy, Quiet Cottage with so much Character! Clean!

This charming, semi-private cottage, set in a quiet country location is perfect for your next getaway. Small kitchenette with sink, fridge and microwave provides you with kitchen basics. PLEASE NOTE: there is no stove/oven in this room. Bathroom is equipped with all the necessities plus extras like a two person shower with rain fall shower head. Outside is a 2-3 person hot tub along with a beautiful pergola with string lights and adirondack chairs.
