Guesthouse on the farm

Relax at the guesthouse at the farm where you are surrounded by acres of rolling hills and farm animals. This is the perfect place to stay if your on vacation or just driving through. The surrounding towns are all within a 15 minute drive to Mt. Grove, Houston, Willow Springs, and of course Cabool. This guesthouse sports a comfortable queen bed with a full size kitchen and a large bathroom with a huge shower. Upstairs is the living room with a small theater and more beds. Bring the whole family!

Secluded Stone Cabin w/ Wood-Fired Hot Tub

Peaceful retreat to unplug and unwind. This off‑the‑grid experience has no electricity or flushing toilets, we do provide the essentials: running hot water, an outhouse, and propane lighting. Stay includes access to a handcrafted, wood‑fired hot. (Tub is still under construction. Landscaping and some final details are not finished.) Four-wheel-drive, or high-profile two-wheel drive vehicles are needed to get to the cabin. We must greet guests at arrival to show you how to use the propane lights.

Brushy Creek Cabin

Back to basics. Enjoy the peaceful solitude of this creek side home on the edge of town. This rustic remodel has modern amenities, including wi-fi, to make your stay comfortable and cozy. There are also areas for relaxation, like the hot tub on the deck. While soaking, you can view the creek which often has wildlife such as otters, beaver, deer, squirrels, owls and herons. When the weather is warm, cool off by splashing around in the creek. It's your time to unwind at the Brushy Creek Cabin.

River Bluff Hideaway

River Bluff Hideaway is a brand new construction located on a private lane overlooking the Piney River in the Ozarks. The cabin is equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a cozy living room. Whether you’re looking to relax on the porch and take in the stunning river views or explore the nearby hiking trails, River Bluff Hideaway is the perfect place to unwind and recharge. You may even see some eagles 🦅

The Grainery with Hot Tub

Welcome to the Grainery! This is a uniquely built grain bin for four, tucked in the edge of the forest in the Ozark Hills. Bring along your smores and enjoy roasting them over a beautiful wood fire and count the stars as you relax in a soothing spa. Need more space, bring an RV with full hook up available for an extra $50 a night. We hope you have a peaceful and enjoyable stay in God’s creation. We are a short distance from hiking trails at Mark Twain National Forest, Fort Leonard Wood and the historic Laura Ingalls Wilder home in Mansfield. There are local wineries, vintage shops and breweries for your enjoyment as well

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This newly built Cabin with a loft sits on 3 wooded acres overlooking a small stocked pond. Just minutes from Big Piney River, Mark Twain national Forest, and Ozark National scenic River ways! Nestled in the pines on the outskirts of town you will think you are hours from anyone! Sit around the fire pit by the pond and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature! Piney River Brewery is just minutes away with River access in almost every direction!

COUNTRY LACE Retro Place

Our Country Lace Retro Place is a quaint little studio apartment nestled upstairs overlooking our rolling hills of the Ozark’s with abundant Wild Life (which can be scene early in the mornings or late evenings) and foliage ….furnished with a toaster, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and a Nija Flip up air fryer oven. Full bath with a furnished hair dryer and linens. Living space includes a king size bed, sofa and a oversized chair. We also have WIFI and our custom made retro TV….

Guest favorite! Whether you need a place to just relax and enjoy nature, or a place to rest while driving through. Come paddle, ride, hike, hunt. Fully stocked kitchen with stove,coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, and toaster oven. Pans dishes etc. Pet friendly. Room for large trailers. Two large RV pads. No hook ups at this time but in a pinch, we can accommodate for water and power if needed.. Go to sleep to the sounds of frogs and crickets, wake up to birds. Peaceful and private.

WPH Cabin

Our primitive cabin sets at the edge of pristine Little Pine Creek which is fed by the largest spring in Howell County. The sounds of bubbling water, birds singing, and an occasional UAC (Unidentified Animal Call) are all you'll hear in this utterly private setting in the woods. In case you're not sure of the meaning of "primitive", that means no electricity, no plumbing. A fire pit, propane burners, wood stove (wood provided), and outhouse complete your old-fashion camping adventure!

Hometown Hideaway

This cozy hideaway is conveniently located in the heart of Houston, Missouri, directly beside the hospital. The home is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker for our guests. The main living area has a reclining sofa, the bedroom features a queen bed and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a desk located in the bedroom for any work related trips you have in the area. Your stay will include WiFi and a smart TV for you to stream your favorite shows.

Old Dairy Barn

This former dairy barn sits on a farm that has been in our family for 150 years. It was our dream to turn it into a cozy, comfortable home that could be enjoyed by anyone needing a quiet country getaway. We are located close to Big Piney River, with river access from almost any direction, Piney River Brewing Company, Big Piney Sportsman's Club, Mark Twain National Forest and about 45 minutes to hour to several accesses on the Current and Jacks Fork Rivers.
