Approximately 1 mile from I-77 Killian Rd Exit and a quick drive to Downtown Columbia. 10 miles to Fort Jackson, 13 miles to USC/Downtown, 4 miles to Sesquicentennial State Park. Pet friendly to well-behaved, housebroken dogs for an additional cleaning fee!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this home. This spacious two bedroom, two bath home gives easy access to dining, shopping, and Interstates. The home also comes with a full kitchen, exercise room, and small office with a queen size pull out couch. This house is connected by a garage to the house of the owner's, plenty of privacy but owner's are available. No animals are allowed in the home, if an animal is brought in the home a $600 cleaning fee will be assessed.
