This stylish property is perfectly located at Postiguet Beach, right in the heart of Alicante. It's also walking distance from the main landmarks of the city, such as the old town, Explanada Boulevard, Rambla, and Gravina fine arts museum (MUBAG).

We renovated and designed this place respecting the traditional ways to build at the time, with limestone and wooden beams, while offering all the amenities of a modern apartment and a little bit of luxury. The beach is a 5 minutes (350m) walk away and the numerous nearby bars and restaurants invite you to enjoy the typical Mediterranean vibes of the old town.

Overlooking the mountain, the airconditioned country houses feature a seating area with fireplace and flat screen T.V. with satellite chanels ,fully equipped kitchen .The bathrooms come with a shower. Free wifi access is available. Guests have access to a beautifull shared pool .
