Cozy Lake Street Retreat

Kick back and enjoy this updated, wooded retreat. It is just up the hill from Crystal Lake, and the Betsie Valley Trail, and is close to beaches, rivers, Crystal Mt., shopping, dining, breweries, hospitals, and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore! The well appointed upper level kitchen opens to the dining/living area, all with lovely views of the woods, and some seasonal peeks of Crystal Lake. For privacy, there is a bed/bath on each level. Relax on the decks, or warm up by the fire pit.

White Birch is a beautifully-remodeled 3-bedroom 2-bath ranch-style home on the Betsie River as it winds into Elberta, Michigan, just across the bay from Frankfort. The home is located in a private setting, backing up to the Betsie River. Shops and restaurants in Frankfort are just a short bike ride or 5 minute drive away. This home is a lovely hub for your Michigan adventures, whether you plan to relax at home, explore outside, or enjoy strolling bars, restaurants, and ice cream parlors.

Easy location to find as we are right on Frankfort Hwy. 3 miles from downtown Frankfort and Lake Michigan, only a 8 minute walk from Crystal Lake. Enjoy bicycle riding we are less than a mile from the paved bike path/rails to trails, 15 miles from Crystal Mnt. Entering your cabin you will enjoy a new memory foam, queen-sized bed in a private studio cabin. Featuring a kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, and free fast wifi! Clean bed linens, towels, pots/pans, dishes/utensils provided.

Our 1200 square foot rental has a private back yard with a privacy fence that backs up to a wooded bluff, and is just 150 yards from Elberta’s waterfront park — a popular venue for weddings and events.

Crystal Cottage

My home is a renovated farmhouse located on scenic M-22 just steps from Market Square Park, 1/2 mile to Main Street and 3/4 of a mile to Lake Michigan. While staying, you will have a completely private upstairs with two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main floor is also private with use of the living room, half bath, kitchen, and laundry room. There is one Ring doorbell located on the front porch. You will be able to come and go easily, with the electronic keypad door locks.

Renting our home gives you the freedom to explore Northwest Michigan. We are 17 miles from Crystal Mountain, 13.7 miles from Arcadia Bluffs Golf Course , 24 Miles from Sleeping Bear Dunes and 40 Miles from Traverse City. Allergen free property, pets not permitted.

The Sawbill Surf Club is a house on the edge of the dunes and in the heart of the neighborhood, just a five-minute walk from the beloved Cabbage Shed. A place with a porch on the north, east, and west. There are three bedrooms and a reading nook on the upper floor. The kitchen, living room, reading room, and barn room are on the ground floor. The backyard is the sand dunes and the neighbor is the sea.
