Backpacker ecofriendly environment. Awesome views of El Yunque. 2 Minutes to rainforest and only 10 minutes to the local beaches and town of Luquillo. We are 45 minutes to the ferries that will take you to Culebra and Vieques. Private property with chickens, 2 cats and a dog named Cayo. Our personal home is on the property. We are close by for any assistance. We have lots of fruits & vegetables (passion fruit, bananas, pineapple, mangos..). We are striving to be as low impact as possible.

Estamos ubicados en lo alto de la montaña, es muy privado y alejado de la ciudad, a una hora de distancia de San Juan y el Aeropuerto Internacional de Puerto Rico. Tenga en cuenta que dirigirse a nuestra propiedad es por calles con curvas y algunas pendientes empinadas, pero completamente transitables. Recomendamos rentar un vehículo SUV o un 4x4 para su tranquilidad, si no está acostumbrado a transitar en la Montaña.

It is located in a rural area of Rio Grande, between Luquillo and San Juan (either side 25 - 35 minutes drive) You will have access to all the property, private and not shared. Enjoy the rain forest noises ( birds, frogs, crickets and the tiny coqui) Also, you can see the stars at night.

It is 29 minutes to Ferry Terminal to Vieques/Culebra, 28 minutes to Seven Seas and 41 minutes to El Yunque.

We are only 35 minutes from the airport and 45 minutes to the heart of old San Juan. Enjoy bird watching surrounded by nature. Our home has AC in the common areas and bedrooms. We have a water backup system and solar panels with a Tesla battery. No Uber service, car rental is necessarry.
