Du hast den fantastischen Paseo Maritimo, die Hafenpromenade, direkt vor der Haustür. Bei einem Aperitif auf dem Balkon kannst Du einen fantastischen Ausblick auf den Hafen genießen. In einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von Port Andratx, nur wenige Meter von der Hafenpromenade und einem Meerzugang entfernt, befindet sich diese Penthouse-Wohnung im „Beach Style“ mit privatem Hauseingang, in einem kleinen Gebäude mit nur einem weiteren Nachbarn im Erdgeschoss. Das Penthouse wurde aufwendig saniert und komplett neu geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail möbliert.
