Enjoy your stay in this pretty, centrally located village house in Bedar village, only a short walk to all amenities, tapas bars, art centre, bakery etc etc. The bright , quirky house is all on one level with steps to an outside terrace with fabulous sea views. There are two double bedrooms , one with a Juliet balcony. The kitchen is modern & newly fitted and the living room also has a dining area. Situated approx 16 km from the beach at Las Marinas. Local shop is 5mins walking distance, the town of Antas approx 1km. Suitable for 1 or 2 people needing a short stay at an economical price. A characterful, luxurious apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining/kitchen/sitting & private terrace, overlooking the pool. 1 km from Lubrin in a valley called La Alcarria. The house is set in 4 acres of terraced land, planted with olive, almond and fruit trees. We are in rural area of Spain where life is very laid back so a great place to relax, walk, read and recharge. The village of Lubrin is a traditional Spanish village with a couple of bars for tapas, and shops for your basics.

Lovely, welcoming casita for two in the tranquil Andalucian countryside. This is truly a place to unwind and relax. Walking and cycling tracks direct from the door. The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Huercal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. The coast is just 40 minutes drive.

Buiten een privéterras van maar liefst 50 m², omringd door olijf- en fruitbomen, op een volledig omheind terrein. Op 6 km ligt het goudgele strand, en op 2 km het dorp. Overdag ontdek je de omgeving of geniet je van zee en zon. Daarna een duik in ons nieuwe zwembad en sluit je de dag af met een goede wijn.
