Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Air con/heating in bedroom and dining room/lounge areas. Private parking space on private drive. Perfect for 2 adults. Great for walking or summer beach holiday! Many guests have now worked from here too as we have fibre wifi! There is so much to see and do in this beautiful area of Costa Brava!

What you will enjoy the most: a refreshing communal swimming pool (open from May to September), a large balcony with a glimpse of the sea, air conditioning, wifi, and above all, tranquility. Located in Mas Oliva, at the foot of Cap de Creus, just a 15-minute walk from the center of Roses with its restaurants and tapas bars.

Rustig gelegen met zuidelijk terras en een adembenemend zicht op de baai. Dichtbij het strand van Canyelles (te voet bereikbaar op ongeveer 15min wandelen). Het appartement is stijlvol ingericht en voorzien van alle comfort. De stad Roses is te voet bereikbaar maar wel even wandelen. Het appartement ligt een beetje in de hoogte waardoor het zicht zeer mooi is en je kan genieten van de rust. Je verplaatst je het gemakkelijkst met de auto.
