Mas Prats becomes a quiet corner, which invites you to rest and enjoy a unique rural environment located between the Costa Brava and the Gavarres. The one-story house is accessible, spacious and very bright and from every room you can see the fields or the forest. The birds are listening. Two large windows connect the house to the outside, where the porch invites you to enjoy the landscape. The decoration is minimalist and they dominate the clear tones and the wood. An ideal choice for any time of the year.

La villa est à 2mns à pied de la plage et 5mns du centre ville, des commerces, restaurants et bar du soir. Vous apprécierez mon logement pour le confort (literies neuves) la superbe vue mer, l'environnement calme, salle de sport toute équipée (appareils professionnels) superbe piscine chauffée . Mon logement parfait pour les couples, les amis,les familles (avec enfants). Une caution de 1500€ en espèce ou chèque est demandé le jour d’arrivée, restituée le jour de votre départ après état des lieux

Mas Carbó una masia del s.XVI equipada amb totes les comoditats del s.XXI. Gaudeix de la tranquil·litat del camp a l'Alt Empordà a 20 minuts de St Martí d'Empúries i a 10 minuts de Figueres. Disposem d'un espai exterior on fer barbacoes, piscina, taula de ping-pong, billar, xemeneia interior, diverses zones per menjar i relaxar-se, una cuina equipada amb tot el necessari i un pati interior on resguardar-se de la Tramuntana. Tot preparat per passar una bona estada sense haver de sortir de casa.
