Quiet space 25' by metro to BCN center

Comfortable suite with bathroom + living room with another single bed + work and dining area in a residential neighborhood with connection to BCN (25' by train). Ideal for relaxing , with the advantage of fast and frequent public transportation, such as the metro (fare zone 1). The space occupies the first floor of a single-family home, and we live on the lower floor. Access is via a staircase on the side of the house, passing through our garden. With a business license and all permits in order.

Situat a una zona residencial molt tranquil·la, però molt cèntrica, a només 5 minuts a peu del centre històric, per visitar, comprar... Disposa de tot el necessari per la cuina, a més de rentadora, televisió, sofà estar, i taula exterior per gaudir del jardí. The apartment is an annex to a large house, which is located on a hillside high above the idyllic village of Cabrils, 30 min. by car from Barcelona along the coast. It has a large terrace with direct access to a garden with a magnificent 10 x 5 meter pool with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and is surrounded by natural park with beautiful hiking trails. Lola is a naturopath and a well-known therapist and author and often organizes meditation sessions and other wellness activities at home

Oasis de tranquilidad. Acogedora suite con entrada independiente. Espacio agradable, cómodo y con mucha claridad. Tres grandes ventanales dan a un bonito patio decorado con parras, jazmín y plantas floreadas. Se pueden dejar bicicletas en el patio bajo las escaleras que llevan a la suite. Un lugar perfecto para descansar. Recomendable visitar el antiguo poblado íbero-medieval y los puentes que caracterizan el municipio. Barrio tranquilo y sin problemas de aparcamiento.

There is free parking in front of the local train station. Situated 10 minutes from lovely local beaches, there are also plenty of great restaurants nearby to discover. It is a 30 minute drive to the Nature Reserve of Montseny and 45 minutes to the Costa Brava. This apartment is better enjoyable by using your own vehicle.
