2B/1B 1000 square foot condo, upstairs bedroom is a loft. Deck with hot tub overlooks the valley. Gas grill on deck. Bathroom has been totally renovated with steam shower and heated floor. Kitchen has bar for dining. Newer Appliances. Gas fireplace with remote with Furnance heat, no central air. Washer and dryer for your convenience. Historic Ham’s Station is now renting our beautiful newly renovated cabins. Each cabin was built in the 1890’s. Each cabin has a newly built deck attached for enjoying our beautiful Mountain View. The cabins are located right next to Ham’s Station on hwy 88. A family style restaurant with a full bar. So, you won’t have to go very far to find delicious food after a day of fishing, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, or any other activities our beautiful Sierra mountains have to offer.
