We are full-time residents of the home up the hill from the guest house; we chose this location for its sense of seclusion and privacy. The home is located off the beaten path, 35 minutes to the summit of the Sierra, 20 minutes to historical Placerville and other gold rush attractions, and just a few minutes to many of the apple hill farms.
