We are here if you need us, but respect your privacy if not! We are 12 miles from Placerville, 7 miles from Apple Hill and close to local wineries. The 1/3 School House is a unique Historic Property that was once part of our 1880 school house. The School House was split into 3 parts and moved throughout town. This beautifully decorated historic foothill home was designed to maximize surrounding forest&mountain vistas and yet be walking distance to town for may of our downtown weddings. 2 bedrooms 2 bath Sleeps 8 to 12 guests.
