Villa ME is located in Rojales there is a mistake in the address on the Airbnb location , gate number is 16( not 7) and we cannot correct it at the moment , in the area of Alicante , a short car distance from the sea overlooking the beautiful lake view from the terrace. Villa is brand new, very spacious. Three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. nice pool , sub beds and terrace furniture to enjoy your holidays. Villa with private swimming pool and roof terrace. The accommodation contains 3 double bedrooms, living room, kitchen, utility room and 2 bathrooms (1 bedroom and 1 bathroom is locked off for the non present owners). Fiber optic 50Mbps, TV, Bluetooth speaker for music or radio. Fully equipped kitchen, outside BBQ area and shaded chill-out areas. 25 min from airport, 10 min to "Blue flag" beaches, There are about 50 bars and restaurants in the area. Nearest area is 450 meters from the villa.
