You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.

Welcome to the Hawkins Hacienda! Minutes to the 405, 105 and 91 freeways. 10 minutes to LAX, Sofi Stadium, Kia Forum. Walking distance to shopping & restaurants. All local beaches are within 3-5 miles. All amusement parks, Hollywood, Santa Monica, Venice are 15-30 miles. This back house has its own private entrance with patio & firepit. Quiet, residential area with ample street parking. This is a pet free rental. Fully equipped. Wifi, TV, A/C & heater.

The Garden Suite, nestled in El Camino Village is situated behind the front house, accessible via a gated entrance. The suite is conveniently located in South Bay, close to the beach by car (Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach), close to LAX, and access to main highways 110, 405, and 91 to all LA attractions. With many restaurants and shopping centers close by. An easy self-check-in with a combination lock and free street parking (one car) is available.

This is a comfy little studio attached to the main front property. You would have complete privacy with a private entrance and self-check in. The studio has a standard queen size bed (60x80in), bathroom, closet space, small dining table & a desk/office space. There is not a full kitchen, but the room has a mini fridge, microwave & k-cap machine. -Good for business travelers & solo adventurers -Free parking available on the premises
