Tu familia lo tendrá todo cerca en este alojamiento situado en pleno centro de la provincia de Murcia. La vivienda está en un primer piso y es muy luminosa. Frente a la casa hay un antiguo lavador (gran acequia donde antiguamente se juntaban las mujeres para lavar la ropa). El pueblo está a 15 minutos de la ciudad de Murcia, 30 minutos de la playa de Mazarrón y muy cerca del parque natural de Sierra Espuña. Hay bar/cafetería y tienda a unos 100 metros. La parada de autobús está junto a la casa.

The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Huercal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. The coast is just 40 minutes drive.

With easy access to the A91/92, within 90 mins you can be in Almeria, Granada or Murcia. The beautiful coast is an hour away.

Calle Encina, is een inspirerende design loft die zowel als vakantiewoning voor 2 personen, 1 slaapkamer, 1 badkamer, 1 keuken, grote loft die alsook als repetitie- of werkruimte kan gehuurd worden, Huis is een volledig autonoom modern ingericht met eigen terras en privé luxueuze verwarmde jacuzzi ( exterior + extra cost ). Tijdens de koudere dagen kan je genieten van de hout verwarmde kachel die de ruimte goed en knus verwarmd (hout inbegrepen).

Het huis is een volledig gerenoveerde boerderij gelegen in het midden van de natuur met een prachtig uitzicht op de Sierra Espuña en de oevers van de Rio Pliego. Het huis is zeer kindvriendelijk, en zowel de omgeving als het zwembad zijn volledig afgesloten zodat kinderen in alle veiligheid in de tuin kunnen spelen. Om elk misverstand te vermijden vragen we 20€ extra per gast en per nacht als er meer dan 12 gasten zijn.
