Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). The house is characterized by a space of air in combination with a large size photography collection on the walls. Dining area for the whole family on the wooden deck outside. Free parking with charger for 1 car. Quiet neighborhood about 5 km from Stockholm town, a 10 min walk to the subway station and 11 minutes ride to town. It’s about 1 km to Lake Mälaren's natural areas and beaches.

Stugan ligger högst uppe på ett berg med fantastisk utsikt över sjön. Du får gratismotion i den rejäla trappen som leder upp. Här bor du lantligt intill sjö och natur men med korta avstånd till Stockholm. Parkering för en bil finns. På ca 40 minuter tar du dig kommunalt till centrala Stockholm. Bäst lämpat för vuxna gäster maa tomtens topografi.

Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.
