Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

60-tals hem med stora öppna ytor för socialt umgänge! Finns möjlighet för stora sällskap om upp till 9-11 personer att sova i huset. Tegelväggar och öppen spis med souterräng, en trappa ner badrum med spa&bastu! En uteplats under tak och en med stort trädäck och pool. (poolsäsong juni-augusti. Med fint väder kan detta utökas) Finns grill & vedeldad pizzaugn för härliga sommarkvällar! 10 minuter från Gröna Linjens tunnelbana, 25 minuter från Stockholms innerstad. En pärla du inte får missa!
